Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all shipping related to returns and exchanges. Consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong size, let us know within 30 days! We will do our best to sort it out.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not offer a refund past that date. To complete a return, please send an email including your order number and reason for return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Upon approval, you will receive the return address. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. Once it is inspected and accepted for return, you will be notified and issued credit back through your original method of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship us your item. In the case your return is rejected after inspection, we will offer to ship it back to you at your expense.
